摘要
本文首先从产权、公平、地租、效用四方面探讨了土地征用补偿的理论依据,其次,对有关土地征用补偿进行了国际比较并得出若干启示,再次,着重对我国当前土地征用补偿存在的弊端及其原因进行了剖析,最后提出我国土地征用补偿的若干政策建议。
Firstly, the theoretical grounds of land expropriation compensation from property right, justice, rent and use are discussed. Secondly,international practices in land expropriation compensation are compared and some instructions are given. Thirdly, the defects of land expropriation compensation in China's Mainland and their reasons are emphatic analyzed. Finally, some opinions about land expropriation compensation in China's Mainland are put forward.
