摘要
梅岭霉素与阿维菌素和伊维菌素具有相同的母核结构,并具有强烈的杀螨、杀虫和驱虫效果,其产业化研究已被列入国家“十五”攻关项目。梅岭霉素和南昌霉素都是南昌链霉素的发酵产物,经菌种选育,得到一种仅高产梅岭霉素的菌株。优化后的发酵水平在50L发酵罐中达到400ug/ml。通过对萃取条件的优化,梅岭霉素收率达到85%。
Meilingmycin has the same nuclear parent structure as Avermectin and Ivermectin. It has strong acaricide-al, insecticidal and anthelmintic action. Research on commercialization of Meilingmycin has been ranked with the tenth five-yearkey program of China. Both Meilingmycin and Nanchangmycin are the fermentation products of Streptomyces nan-changensis, a high yielding strain which yield Meilingmycin only has been screened via cultivation. Optimized fermentation level has reached 400ug/ml in 50L fermenter. Meilingmycin can be reached 85% yield through optimizing extraction conditions.
