摘要
本文对紫外预电离TEACO2 激光器主电极间预电离出的电子密度进行了探讨 ,分析了产生光电离的离化机理 ,给出了电子密度的变化规律。结果表明电子密度的横向分布很不均匀 。
This paper studies the electron density distributions between the main electrodes of UV preionization TEA CO 2 Laser.The mechanism of photoionization and the variation law of electron density are presented.The results show that the transverse distributions of electron density are not homogeneous.A simple method which homogenizes the transverse distributions of electron density is also given.
