摘要
研究了新型光波导阵列电光快速扫描器的馈电特性和馈电方式.针对N I N(P I P)型结构和P I N型结构的光波导阵列电光扫描器,导出了相应的馈电电压公式,提出了一种能最大限度降低驱动电压的新方法,并据此研制了4波导P I N阵列扫描器的控制电源,成功地进行了电光扫描实验.
The feed voltage characteristic of and the approach to a new type of rapid optical waveguide electrooptic scanner is studied. The voltage controlled equations of the new scanner with NIN (PIP) and PIN structures are derived. A new method for reducing the drive voltage greatly is presented. A voltage controlled system for a PIN structure scanner with 4waveguides has been made on the basis of the results of theoretical analysis. The experiment on electrooptic scanning was a success.
