摘要
回顾沪上江湾蔡氏女科形成、发展、成名过程,从用药特点和临证经验等方面探讨蔡氏女科的学术特色。认为其用药精准,以“轻简验活”为特点;其基本学术特色为:养血为先,理气为要,以调为主、以通为要,衷中参西、中医为本。
In exploration of the academic feature of Dr. Cai gynecology by reviewing the formation, development and reputation of Dr. Cai' s gynecology in Jiangwan region of Shanghai, and from feature of drug selection and clinical experience, the author believes that application of herbal drugs are characterized by accuracy, 'light dose, simple recipe and experienced action' and that the basic academic feature is blood nourishment in priority, necessity in the regulation of qi, based upon adjustment and smooth flow of qi and upon Chinese medicine in reference of western medicine.
