摘要
教学管理运行机制的改革是教学改革的重要条件之一 ,将人才市场上的“双向选择”运用到学校教学管理运行机制中 ,即改变传统的教学任务分配方法 ,采用授课教师选择开课院系 ,开课院系选择授课教师的双向选择方法。通过双向选择 ,引入竞争机制和激励机制 ,提高教师、学生和管理者的积极性 ,提高学校的教学质量和办学水平 ,提高教师的教学质量和学生学习质量 ,为进一步完善教学管理运行机制 ,优化教学资源的配置 ,提高办学效益 。
Reform of the operating mechanism in teaching administration is one of the important requirement of the teaching reform. We managed to introduce the Two way Choice, a practice in current job finding market into our operating mechanism, that is, to transform traditional method in assigning the teaching tasks, in which the teachers and departments involved have bilateral freedom to choose each other. Through the Two way Choice, the mechanism of competition and incentive is introduced in order to arouse the enthusiasm of teachers, students and administrators, to improve the teaching quality and level of running a school, to increase the teaching efficiency and student's learning effect. In addition, it provides efficient information for policy decision and scientific basis for further implementing the operation mechanism in teaching administration, bettering the disposal of teaching resources, and increasing the efficiency of running the school.
