摘要
对术前无黄疸的胆道良性疾病施行胆道手术１２３９例，术后近期出现黄疸１８例：医源性胆管损伤１１例行胆肠吻合术；胆道残余结石７例行术后纤维胆道镜取石术。着重讨论胆道良性疾病术后近期出现梗阻性黄疸的诊断和治疗。

It is reported that diagnosis and treatment for 18 cases of the obstructive jaundice occurred early during the postoperation for 1 239 cases of the benign biliary diseases from Jan 1985 to Jan 1996. Cholangioenterostomy was performed on 11 cases of the medicogenous biliary ducts injury, stone extraction by choledochofiberscope was performed on 7 cases of the retained biliary duct stone after the operation. These data suggested that it is necessary to differentiate whether jaundice is nonobstructive or obstructive while jaundice occurred early during the postoperation of biliary ducts.
