通过概述20世纪末至今我国信息检索服务业的发展状况,并借鉴国内外先进的信息检索服务经营理念与服务手段,对我国信息检索系统在新世纪的经营服务提出应对策略。
Makes an overview of the situation of the information retrieval service industry in China in recent years, and based on the advanced management ideas and service methods at home and abroad, the author puts forward some helpful suggestions for making management and service strategies of information seeking system.
