摘要
欠发达地区高校图书馆网络建设面临着资金短缺、计算机网络人才缺乏等问题 。
In accordance with the problems facing the network construction of academic libraries in the insufficient developed areas,such as lack of funds and network qualified personnel,low readers'network technical quality and standardization degree etc.,this paper puts forward some countermeasure for libraries extricate oneself from the difficult position.
