摘要
金融是现代经济的核心,是现代经济服务业的重要组成部分。随着金融全球化、信息化的飞速发展,金融学科在建设力度、结构性就业、专业设置、教学内容、教学手段等诸多方面跟不上互联网金融时代发展的需求。加大学科建设力度、创新教学内容和手段、提高教师专业素养和完善金融学科建设将成为培养金融人才、支撑金融产业发展的保障。
Finance is the core of modern economy,and a crucial part of modern economic service industry. With the rapid development of financial globalization and informatization,financial discipline gets bogged down in some aspects such as construction efforts,structural employment,professional settings,teaching contents and teaching measures,keeping no pace with the needs of the Internet financial development. only by strengthening discipline construction,innovating teaching content and methods,improving the professional quality of teachers and upgrading the financial discipline construction can we guarantee financial personnel training and support the development of financial industry.
