摘要
公民受教育权是我国宪法规定的公民基本权利之一。从公民的受教育权的相关法条可知其具有的生存和发展权、自由权、劳动权、平等权、学习权、保障权以及伴随一定义务的基本人权的基本属性。受教育权作为一项基本人权,是公民所享有的并由国家保障实施的接受教育的权利,是宪法赋予的一项基本权利。公民受教育权的实现和保障应从物质条件、思想意识、制度建设和自身素养等方面努力实践。
the citizens’ right to education is our country’ s basic constitutional rights.From the citizen’ s right to education of the relevant law shows its survival and development rights,freedom right,labor rights,equality right,learning right,guarantee right and obligation with certain basic human basic properties.The right to education as a basic human right,is right by the state and guarantee the implementation of the right to receive education,is a basic right of the constitution,is also the citizens to enjoy other cultural education and survival and development of the premise and foundation of.citizens’ right to education from the material conthtions of realization and security,ideology,system construction and its quality and strive to practice
