摘要
民族语文媒体是以少数民族语言文字作为传播手段的媒介载体,是民族媒体的一个组成部分。我国民族语文媒体以报纸、广播、电视、网络,多媒体融合的顺序出现。在少数民族宏观语言生活层面,发展民族语文媒体,有助于规范民族语言文字的使用、践行国家相关民族语言文字政策、营造良好的语言生态环境、构建民族地区和谐的语言生活;在少数民族微观语言生活层面,发展民族语文媒体,有利于本民族人树立自觉学习、保护和发展民族语言文字的意识,引导少数民族群众建立积极的母语态度和母语选择。民族语文媒体在少数民族语言文字的保护方面,主要作用于语言文字使用本身和民族语文使用者两个层面。
The ethnic minority language media which is a medium carrier of minority language as a means of communication is a part of the ethnic minority media.The ethnic minority language media in our country appeared in the order of newspaper,radio,television,internet and multimedia.In the macro language life of ethnic minority,developing ethnic minority language media is helpful to standardize the use of ethnic minority languages and characters,to practice the relevant ethnic minority language and character policies,to create the good language ecological environment,and to build the harmonious language life in ethnic minority areas.In the micro language life of ethnic minority,developing ethnic minority language media is conducive to establish the consciousness of studying,protecting and developing their languages and characters by ethnic minority people,also to guide the ethnic minority people to establish the positive attitudes to the mother tongue and the appropriate choices of the mother tongue.The ethnic minority language media mainly plays an important role in the protection of the use and the user of ethnic minority languages and characters.
