摘要
目的探讨固体废物中三氯乙烯实验室常规和室间分析质量控制。方法样品经浸泡、振荡处理,依照HJ760-2015中的方法进行处理,用气相色谱质谱法进行测定。结果室间标准溶液比较测定结果,均方差Sm=0.073,两种标准的差值=3.35%,样品测定精密度的上控制限为6.26mg/L,下控制限为5.59mg/L;准确度的上控制限为6.64mg/L,下控制限为5.26mg/L,测定结果均位于质控图的上下控制限之间。结论通过实验室常规和实验室间分析质量控制,样品测定的精密度、准确度和所配标准溶液的误差均能控制在允许的范围内。
This paper discusses lab regular and inter-lab quality control for analysis of trichloroethylene in solid waste. Sample was pretreated by soaking and oscillation strictly according to HJ760-2015,and was then detected with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Standard deviation of inter-laboratory test of standard liquid is 0. 073. The difference between two standards is 3. 35%.The upper control limit of determination precision is 6. 26mg/L,and the lower control limit is5. 59mg/L. The upper control limit of accuracy is 6. 64mg/L,and the lower control limit is 5. 26mg/L.The determination results are located between upper and lower control limit in the quality control chart. Through quality control of analysis Lab regular and inter-laboratory test,sample determination precision,accuracy and the error of standard solution for all can be controlled in the permitted range.
