摘要
通过对工业FCC装置催化剂的添加特点及失活机理的研究和分析,将试验的老化条件和工业操作条件与催化剂微反活性进行了关联,建立了FCC催化剂水热失活数学模型。经过试验验证:该模型可适用于工业操作条件。
Based on the study and analysis of the mechanism of the catalyst deactivation andthe make-up rate feature of the catalyst in FCCU, and through correlated the test deactivation conditionwith commercial operating condition by the catalyst micro activity, a mathematical model for catalystdeactivation was established. The said model was verified by the laboratory test that it could beapplicable to commercial operating conditions.
