摘要
用有限元法和实验模态方法研究了YN4102柴油机油底壳的自振特性,结果表明,由于原油底壳的厚度较薄,其自振频率较低,不利于控制整机的振动和噪声,需要设法提高其结构刚度,而加厚油底壳则是达到这个目的的简单易行措施.
YN4102 diesel engine oil pan's vibration characteristics is investigated with FEM and mode analysis method.Investigating results show that as the thickness of oil pan is too thin to reduce noise and vibration.Increase its thickness is an easy measure to reduce its noise and vibration.
