摘要 本文根据某大型数控机床主轴不等截面及主轴工作时轴承支座产生小弹性变形的特征建立主轴计算模型 ,并以超静定法及强度理论计算及校验最不利工况下机床主轴的强度。本文介绍的计算方法对同类机床主轴的设计。 The author of this article establishes the simplified calculating model of the spindle of the large-scale numerical control machine tool according to the characteristics: the spindle section being unequal and the bearing supports generating small elastic deformations during the spindle operating, calculates and checks the strength of the spindle under the most unfavorable processing condition by means of the super-static method and the theory The calculating method recommended in this article has the practical reference value for the design and the stre ngth and rigidity check for the spindles of the same type of machine tools
