摘要
针对发展高精度数控机床的要求 ,在数控机床交流伺服控制系统中 ,采用带速度和加速度前馈的数字PID调节器与数字阶式滤波器构成的复合控制器 ,可以显著提高控制系统的精度 ,大大降低跟踪误差。实验结果表明 。
