摘要
慢性镉中毒性的肾近曲小管损害时,尿中碱性磷酸酶活性及尿β_2-微球蛋白、尿镉排泄量增加,前者要比后两项指标更为敏感。因此,可用尿碱性磷酸酶作为镉中毒性肾损伤的早期诊断指标。
The renal proximal tubules damage due to chronic cadmium poisoning usually showed increase in urine alkaline phosphatase(U-AKP) activity, urine β2-microglobulin quantity and urine cadmium quantity. The changes in U-AKP activity were more sensitive than the latter two. So U-AKP may be used as an early diagnostic index of the renal damage in chronic cadmium poisoning.
