摘要
装配式钢结构的快速发展对于可靠、简单、高强的单边螺栓连接提出了更高的要求。但目前市场上常见的单边螺栓构造复杂、价格较高且强度有限,国内尚无针对单边螺栓的设计标准。为此,提出了一种基于传统高强度螺栓的单边连接方式,并对其应变松弛及抗剪性能进行研究。试验结果表明,该新型高强度单边连接螺栓应变松弛较小,且松弛时间较短;该种连接形式的节点与传统承压型高强螺栓连接的破坏形式及承载力均非常接近,可以沿用现行GB 50017—2017《钢结构设计标准》进行设计计算。但是,该单边连接构造形式在施拧中的扭矩系数偏大,仍需要更进一步的研究,以确保其螺栓上的预拉力达到设计要求。
Rapid development of prefabricated steel structures results in higher demands on blind bolted connections with reliable and simple configuration as well as sufficient strength.However,conventional blind bolts available in market have limited application due to their complex conformation,high price,and insufficient strength.Besides,there is no design specification in China for the blind bolts.With this background,the paper introduced a novel blind bolted connection configuration by using traditional high-strength bolts,and analyszed its strain relaxation and shear resistance.The test results showed that such new high-strength blind bolts had less severe strain relaxation and shorter relaxation time.In addition,the mechanical performance of the high-strength blind bolted connections was quite close to that of conventional bearing type high-strength bolted ones in terms of failure mode and shear capacity.As a result,the design of such novel connections can be carried out in accordance with Standard for Design of Steel Structures(GB 50017—2017).However,the torque coefficient of the connection for installation seems larger,and further study is required to ensure pretension force within the bolt meeting the design requirements.
