摘要
某超长结构作为钢厂高炉生产送料的主皮带通廊,结构形式为超长钢桁架结构,建成后经过半年使用,桁架上下弦处产生较大侧向变形,已严重影响了结构的正常使用。为了探明结构变形的原因,首先对结构损伤现状进行了检测,其次对多种荷载工况作用下的结构变形和应力分布规律进行了现场监测。在此基础上,采用数值方法分析了结构自重、积灰荷载、传送荷载、侧风荷载和制动荷载作用下的结构响应,并与现场监测的结果进行对比分析。研究结果表明:温度荷载和结构末端约束条件的变化是导致该通廊钢结构发生侧向水平变形的直接原因。
The super-long main belt corridor which is used for raw material feeding on the steel work is made up of super-long steel truss structure.There is lateral deformation on the upper and lower chords on the structure after operation half a year,which affects the normal use of the structure seriously.In order to find out the deformation reasons,firstly,structure detection about structural damage was carried out,secondly,the structure monitoring on layout of stress and strain was carried out under several loads.On the basis,the response of the structure under the self-weight,dust load,transfer load,wind load and braking load were analysed by numerical analysis method,and the analysis results were compared with the measured deformation structure further.The results showed that temperature load and the structure end constrain were the main factor causing the structure deformation of the corridor.
