摘要
利用流变仪和稠度仪分别测试了不同用水量的新拌抹灰砂浆的流变参数。流变仪给出了砂浆的两个流变参数,相对屈服值g和相对塑性黏度ηpl。稠度仪可以测得稠度仪屈服值τy。g与τy都随着用水量的增加而减小,两者存在一定的对应关系。根据抹灰砂浆的实际要求,稠度值控制在90~100 mm,相对应的g控制在200~134 N·mm之间,从而进行质量控制。
This paper used the rheometer and mortar consistency tester to test the reheological parameters of the fresh mortar with different water content. The rheometer give two reheological parameters of the fresh mortar,the relative yield value g and relative plastic viscosity ηpl。The consistency tester's yield value τycan be obtained from mortar consistency tester. The g and τywere become samaller with water content increasing,so they are corresponding. In general,the consistency value is 90-100 mm,the g corresponds to 200-134 N. mm. The mortar quality can be contrled using the g.
