基于移动端APP的以疾病为中心脊柱外科教学模式初探 被引量:5

摘要 目前,手机APP已融入大学生们学习生活的各个领域。若利用APP的形式教学,寓教于乐,将大大提高教学的效率及质量。脊柱外科教学理论性、实践性较强,且师生沟通机会较少,学生在学习过程中存在一定困难。为解决这一难题,我们尝试利用专科APP开展教学工作。在APP上建立手机虚拟脊柱外科诊区,结合案例教学法开展课程,以疾病为中心,使同学们建立起临床思维,正确认识并化解医疗纠纷。我们在吉林大学临床医学院2014级五年制中随机抽取两个班级,分别采用APP教学方法与传统教学方法,通过t检验的方式对两个班级的结业考试成绩对比分析,发现应用APP教学的学生成绩优于传统方法教学的学生成绩(P﹤0.05)。同时,我们采取调查问卷的方法收集同学们对教学的反馈。结果显示,同学们对APP教学法的认可度高于传统教学法。APP教学增加了教学的趣味性与生动性,打破了教学在时间与空间的束缚,具有一定前景。 Recently,mobile APP has been integrated into most areas of students’ learning. If we make use of the form of APP to teach,it will greatly improve the efficiency and quality of teaching. The teaching of spinal surgery is theoretical and practical,and there are fewer opportunities for communication between teachers and students. Therefore,students always have some difficulties in learning. In order to solve this problem,a specialized APP is developed to carry out teaching work. Setting up virtual spine surgery cases,the APP concentrates on disease,so that students can easily establish clinical thinking,correctly understand and resolve medical disputes. We randomly selected two classes in Grade 2014 of Clinical Medical College,Jilin University. APP teaching and traditional teaching were used respectively. The scores of the students’ final examination were compared and analyzed by t-test. It was found that the scores of students using APP were higher than those of students received traditional teaching(P < 0.05). At the same time,we handed out questionnaires for feedback. The results show that students’ approval of APP teaching is higher than that of traditional teaching. APP teaching has a considerable prospect by increasing the interest and vividness of teaching and breaking the constraints of teaching in time and space.
