摘要
以500kV输电线路带电作业为例,从潜在的安全隐患入手,重点对安全防护技术与措施进行了分析和阐述。管理不到位、作业环境恶劣、作业工具不合格,是安全隐患产生的三大重要来源。在安全防护方面,安全防护用具和技术防护措施同等重要。相关电力单位应以此为借鉴,高度重视带电作业的安全防护工作,共同保障电力安全。
Hot-line work of 500 k V transmission line is taken as an example to carry out analysis and elaboration on its safety measures starting from the potential safety hazard. Lack of management, poor operation environment and unqualified job tools are the three important factors of safety hazard. From the aspect of safety protection, safety equipment and technical protection measures are equally important. Relevant electric power grid companies should take these as a reference, as well as pay great attention to the safety protection of hot-line work, to protect the safety of electricity system.
