摘要
本文介绍了基于SIS数据的变煤种运行指导软件在燃煤电厂1000 MW机组中的研究与应用情况。通过对1000 MW超超临界机组煤质评价系统和相关超超临界机组的性能计算及预测模型的研究,建立了适应煤种、负荷、运行方式等变化的1000 MW超超临界机组稳态热力计算模型,并在此基础上开发了变煤种运行指导专家系统。该系统通过对运行变量进行实时、定量的分析,计算得到机组运行在最佳状态(煤耗最低)情况下的相关参数,指导运行人员进行调整,从而实现火电厂节能减排。
This paper introduces the investigation and application of SIS data based variable coal operation guidance software in coal-fired power plant of 1000 MW unit. Through the performance of 1000 MW ultra supercritical unit coal quality evaluation system and ultra super critical unit calculation and prediction model of research, to coal, load, operation mode of 1000 MW ultra supercritical unit state heat calculation model, and based on the development of the coal operation guiding expert system is established. Through the system real-time and quantitative analysis of the operational variables, calculate the best condition(the relevant parameters of minimum coal) of the running unit. This system is a guidance for the operating personnel for adjustment aiming to achieve thermal power plant of the 'energy-saving emission reduction'.
