摘要
为解决整车怠速抖动问题,本文通过频谱分析方法依次寻找影响怠速抖动的因素,并分析这些因素的影响机理。在怠速开空调的工况下,分析了冲击现象产生的原因,通过控制冷却风扇的动不平衡量,来解决怠速振动和冲击的问题。
In order to solve the vehicle idle vibration issue, this paper finds out the influencing factors based on frequency spectrum analysis method, and analyzes how these factors affect vehicle idle vibration.Under the idle condition with air conditioner on, the cause of fan shock is analyzed. By controlling the dynamic unbalance, the idle vibration and shock issues can be solved.
