摘要
本文采用水热合成法,以FeCl_3·6H_2O为铁源,以油酸为表面活性剂,醋酸钠为碱源,制备了Fe_3O_4纳米微球,微球直径200nm左右。微球呈超顺磁性,矫顽力和剩磁低。微球表面修饰了大量油酸官能团,可实现在润滑油及乙醇中的有效分散和回收利用。
In this paper, Fe_3O_4 nano microspheres which have 200 nm diameter were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis method, with FeCl_3·6H_2O as the iron source, oleic acid as the surfactant and sodium acetate as the alkaline source. The microspheres exhibited superparamagnetic property that their coercivity and remanence was both very low. A large amount of oleic acid functional groups were connected on the surface of microspheres, which facilitated the dispersion and recycle of the microspheres,both in the lubricating oil and ethanol.
