摘要
凝胶注模法是一种将陶瓷粉体成型和有机聚合物化学反应相结合的新成型工艺,可以用来制备形状复杂且气孔率高的多孔Si3N4陶瓷。综述了当前主要的凝胶注模工艺体系及其原理,介绍了利用凝胶注模工艺同其它各种造孔方法相结合,制备具有不同气孔尺寸、形貌和孔径分布的多孔Si3N4陶瓷的机制以及最新研究进展。
Gelcasting is a novel kind of modeling process,combining conventionl ceramic powder forming with chemical reactions of organic polymers,which can be used to fabricate porous silicon ceramics with complex shapes.Different gelcasting systems as well as their principles were introduced.The progress of silicon nitride ceramics with different pore sizes,shapes and distributions prepared by combining gelcasting with other pore-forming processes were reviewed.
