摘要
中国特色社会主义进入新时代的科学政治论断,是对中国特色社会主义发展历史方位的科学认识,习近平总书记在十九大报告中提出了新时代中国特色社会主义在民族与世界历史上的三层意义,它们彰显了进入新时代对中华民族、对科学社会主义以及对世界发展的重要意义。从马克思世界历史理论可以看出,中国是世界的中国,中国特色社会主义进入新时代这一新的历史阶段也是在世界历史进程中形成和发展的。新时代并不是闭门造车的时代,新时代要求中国积极参与全球治理,积极融入世界发展,为世界历史的发展贡献中国力量,给世界其他民族、国家的现代化以积极的启示意义。
The scientific and political thesis that socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era is a scientific understanding of the historical orientation of socialism with Chinese characteristics. In the report of the 19 th National Congress,Xi Jinping proposed the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the history of the nation and the world. The significance of the layers,they highlight the importance of entering the new era for the Chinese nation,for social socialism in society and for the development of the world. It can be seen from Marx’s theory of world history that China is the world’s China,and the new historical stage of socialism with Chinese characteristics entering a new era is also formed and developed in the course of world history. The new era is not an era of closed doors. The new era requires China to actively participate in global governance,actively integrate into world development,contribute to China’s development of world history, and provide positive enlightenment to the modernization of other nations and countries in the world.
