摘要
为了探讨巨噬细胞炎性蛋白-1α(MIP-1α)、调节活化正常T细胞分泌与表达因子(RANTES)在肝癌患者外周血中的表达及临床意义,本研究抽取本院2015年6月至2017年6月收治的乙肝相关肝细胞癌(HCC) 50例、乙肝肝硬化(LC) 38例、慢性乙肝(CHB) 43例,分别记为HCC组、LC组、CHB组,且选择同期健康体检正常人员40例为对照组进行研究。观察其外周血MIP-1α、RANTES水平,并分析外周血MIP-1α、RANTES水平与原发性肝癌患者临床病理特点的关系。实验显示,原发性肝癌患者TNM分期越大,分化程度越低,外周血MIP-1α水平越低,RANREs水平越高(p<0.05),原发性肝癌转移外周血MIP-1α水平显著低于非转移者、RANREs水平显著高于非转移者(p<0.05)。本研究表明,原发性肝癌患者外周血MIP-1α水平低,RANTES水平高,均与原发性肝癌患者临床分期、分化程度及转移有关。
In order to investigate the expression of macrophage inflammatory protein-1α(MIP-1α)and regulate on activation,normal T cell expressed and secreted(RANTES)in peripheral blood of patients with liver cancer and its clinical significance.In this study,50 cases of hepatitis B-associated hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),38 cases of hepatitis B cirrhosis(LC),and 43 cases of chronic hepatitis B(CHB)were selected from June 2015 to June 2017 in this hospital and counted as HCC group.LC group and CHB group,respectively,and 40 healthy persons who were selected as the normal control group were selected as the control group.The levels of MIP-1αand RANTES in peripheral blood were observed,and the relationship between the levels of MIP-1αand RANTES in peripheral blood and the clinicopathological features of patients with primary liver cancer was analyzed.The results showed that the greater the TNM stage,the lower the degree of differentiation,the lower the level of MIP-1αin peripheral blood,and the higher the level of RANREs in patients with primary liver cancer(p<0.05);the level of MIP-1αin peripheral blood of primary liver cancer was significantly lower Yu,RANREs levels were significantly higher than non-metastasis(p<0.05).This study showed that the level of MIP-1αin peripheral blood of patients with primary liver cancer was low,and RANTES levels were high,which were related to clinical stage,differentiation and metastasis of patients with primary liver cancer.
