摘要
为探讨ANXA5与KDR基因启动子区多态性是否为中国汉族妇女复发性流产的危险因素,我们应用测序的方法检测ANXA5-302T>G(rs1050606)和KDR-607T>C(rs55713360)多态性在RSA组(210例,病例组)和健康对照组(300例)中的基因型分布。检测结果:1 ANXA5-302T>G 3种基因型在RSA组和健康对照组中的分布差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05),携带GG、TG、GG+TG基因型,G等位基因,患RSA的相对风险分别增加(OR=3.043,p=0.049;OR=2.293,p=0.019;OR=2.448,p=0.006;OR=2.166,p=0.003);2 KDR-607T>C 3种基因型在RSA组和健康对照组中的分布差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05),携带CC基因型,C等位基因,患RSA的相对风险分别增加(OR=4.353,p=0.001;OR=2.113,p=0.001)。由此可见,分别携带ANXA5-302G,KDR-607C易感等位基因明显增加了RSA的患病风险。ANXA5-302T>G,KDR-607T>C多态性位点是中国汉族妇女患RSA的危险因素。
To investigate whether Annexin A5(ANXA5) and kinase insert domain containing receptor(KDR) gene polymorphisms were the risk factors of recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA) in China Han women, genotypes distribution of ANXA5-302T>G(rs1050606) and KDR-604T>C(rs55713360) polymorphism in 210 patients suffered from RSA and 300 normal controls were detected by sequencing method. Results: 1 The distribution difference of 3 genotypes of ANXA5-302T>G between RSA and control groups showed statistically significance(p<0.05),and the relative risks of suffering from RSA in patients carrying GG,TG,GG+TG genotypes and G allele increased(OR =3.043, p =0.049, OR =2.293, p =0.019, OR =2.448, p =0.006 and OR =2.166, p =0.003 respectively); 2 The distribution difference of 3 genotypes of KDR-607 T >C between RSA and control groups had statistically significance(p<0.05), and the relative risks of suffering from RSA in patients carrying CC genotypes and C allele increased(OR=4.353, p=0.001, OR=2.113, p=0.001, respectively). The results showed that the disease risk increased by carrying susceptible allele of the ANXA5-302 G, KDR-607 C, and polymorphic sites of ANXA5-302T>G, KDR-607T>C are novel risk factors of suffering from RSA in China Han women.
