摘要
介绍了一种高强度高韧性环氧结构胶的研制过程,设计了两种环氧增韧剂的制备方案。通过添加自制的环氧增韧剂,可提高环氧树脂固化后的力学性能和抗冲击性能;通过固化剂种类的对比试验,确定了固化剂选用聚酰胺、聚醚胺和脂环胺混合体系,可提高体系固化后的耐水性和耐温性;通过填料及偶联剂的优化选择,最终制备了一种性能优良、可满足主受力结构粘接要求的环氧结构胶。
The development process of an epoxy structural adhesive with high strength and high toughness wasintroduced.Two preparation schemes of epoxy toughening agents were designed.The mechanical properties and impactresistance of cured epoxy resin were improved by adding self-made epoxy toughening agents.Through the comparativetest of curing agents,the mixed system of polyamide,polyether amine and alicyclic amine was determined,which couldimprove the water and temperature resistance of cured epoxy resin.Finally,an epoxy structural adhesive with excellentproperties was prepared,which could meet the bonding requirements of the main structure.
