摘要
随着风电行业的发展,低风速风资源开发成为当前趋势,机组趋向大型化、高塔化、智能化,传动系统作为机组的核心,其可靠性、经济性对机组稳定运行、是否有竞争力具有极为重要的作用。而传动系统支撑方式的选择极为关键,涉及机组机舱整体布置、制造装配、运行维护等各方面,故对传动系统不同支撑方式的特性优劣分析尤为必要。
With the development of wind power industry,the development of wind resources of low wind speed has become the current trend.The wind turbines tend to be large-scale and high-tower and intelligent.The transmission system is the core of wind turbine.The reliability and economy play an extremely important role in whether the unit is competitive in stable operation.The selection of the support mode of the transmission system is extremely critical.It involves the whole arrangement of turbine cabin and assembly and maintenance etc.It is particularly necessary to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the support structure characteristics of the transmission system.
