摘要
以Al-4.3Cu-0.8Mg为基体,重点研究热处理过程中的固溶温度、固溶时间、时效温度和时效时间四个因素对其硬度和冲击韧性的影响,采用正交试验的方法对试样进行固溶和时效处理。然后对试样的硬度和冲击韧性进行测试,观察试样的显微组织,分析组织和性能与工艺之间的关系,确定最佳的热处理工艺。
This text with Al-4.3Cu-0.8Mg for radicle body,the point studies hot processing process in of solid dissolve temperature,solid dissolve time,time limited efficacy temperature and time limited efficacy four factor as to it's for time the influence of the degree of hardness and impact tenacity,adoption is handing over on trial method to dissolve to handle with time limited efficacy towards trying kind to carry on solid.Then carry on a test to degree of hardness and impact tenacity that tries kind,observe to try showing minute details of kind organization,the relation of of analytical organization and function and craft,make sure the best of hot processing craft.
