摘要
在正常运行工作中,QF2-12-2型汽轮机发电机组出现主轴箱振动超标,汽轮机主轴箱内部有突然的响声,结合日常维修经验判断,找到了发生叶片损坏断裂的主要原因,并采取措施处理汽轮机发电机组叶片部件,重新修复叶片断裂处对称叶片,并进行动平衡,消除振源,使机组运行振动达标,噪音分贝正常,避免了汽轮发电机叶片再次损坏断裂。
