摘要
将Ca-Si合金粉末作为孕育剂喷吹入钢液中试制成功无Ni低Cr、Mo的球墨铸钢轧辊;其铸态组织中析出细小的球状石墨,热处理后可获得细珠光体和块、柱状过剩碳化物的基体组织。试验证明,球墨铸钢具有足够的强韧性;球墨铸钢轧辊与Zu70Mn轧辊相比:具有硬度落差小、适合于开深孔型、耐磨性高、抗热裂能力强等优点。适用于中、小型轧机的粗轧机架,可提高使用寿命一至四倍。
By injecting powdered Ca-Si alloy into molten steel as inoculant the free Ni nodular graphite cast steel with the addition of low Cr and Mo content has been developed. Suitable amount of fine spheroidal graphite grains were precipitated in the as-cast state of the steel. The matrix consisting of fine pearlite and excess carbide in the lump and grain states may be obtained after heat treatment. It was demonstrated that the nodular graphite cast steel get enough properties of strength and ductility. The rolls show more uniform hardness, higher wear resistance and better resisting propagation of hot cracks than that of Zu 70Mn rolls. The service life of the rolls, being applied to the hot roughing mills of small or medium size, has been determined to be one to four times longer than those of Zn70Mn rolls.
