摘要
在"互联网+"时代,社会语言暴力现象在网络巨大的影响下愈演愈烈,表现为以权压人型、地域歧视型和讽刺谩骂型三大类。究其原因有网民年龄、素质与主观意识等主观方面原因,也有互联网与移动通讯的快速发展、互联网技术无法规避的缺陷及互联网环境下缺乏有效管控等客观原因。为预防和消除语言暴力,要采取加强立法、完善法规与网络监管体系、建立舆论引导机制,分步推进网络实名制等措施,促进互联网文明用语。
Under the background of 'Internet +' era, social language violence is becoming increasingly fierce, which is manifested as three types, namely abuse of power to bully or frighten others, regional discrimination, satirization and abuse. Social language violence is attributed to subjective reasons, such as the netizens' age, quality and subjective consciousness, as well as rapid development of Internet and mobile communication, inevitable defects caused by the Internet technology, and lack of effective control under the internet environment. Prevention and elimination of the language violence calls for our efforts to enhance legislation, improve the network regulations and regulatory system,establish public opinion guide mechanism, promote network real-name system step by step, and the internet civilization terminology.
