摘要
对交通事故形成过程中的事实责任划分均以公安机关的调查认定为准,梳理多车交通事故处理涉及法律理论基础与证据要求,典型路段多车交通事故有普通公路多车事故、交叉路口多车事故、高速公路多车事故,且责任认定相当复杂。公安机关在处理多车交通事故中应合理选择应对措施,坚持科学责任认定理论优先,科学勘查现场,正确认定当事人责任,化繁为简,优化多车事故处理流程。
Responsibility division in the traffic accident formation process is subject to the investigation of public security organs. Multi-vehicles traffic accidents in the typical sections, include those at intersections, on ordinary roads and expressways, responsibility identification of which is relatively complicated. Accordingly, the handling of multi-vehicles traffic accidents calls for public security organs to make reasonable selection of rmeasures, give priority to the scientific responsibility identification theory, conduct scientific field explorations, properly identify the parties' reponsibilities, simplify the complicated procedures and optimize the handling process of multi-vehicles traffic accidents.
