摘要
面对日益猖獗的国际性犯罪,中国-东盟在尊重主权、保障人权和平等互惠等原则下,根据国内法律、双边条约和多边公约,采用双边、多边或区域合作模式,采取协查取证、联合侦查和国外追逃等方式,广泛开展侦查合作,以共同有效打击国际性犯罪。
Facing the increasingly rampant international crimes, China and ASEAN carry out investigation cooperation through bilateral and multilateral cooperation models, collaborative investigations for evidence, joint investigations and across-border operations to track down fugitive suspects on the basis of domestic laws, bilateral and multilateral conventions under the principle of respect for sovereignty, human rights protection, mutual equality and mutual benefit in an effort to effectively crack down international criminals.
