摘要
本文用换算时间的计算方法对石墨——硅橡胶复合物热重曲线(TG)进行动力学分析,用Doyle和Zsako积分公式及Sharp和Wentworth扩展法微分公式,从一条热重分析曲线推断出反应机理,算出活化能△E,频率因子A等动力学参数,计算寿命——温度关系。求得该复合物温度指数(寿命为20000小时的最高使用温度)为229℃,在250℃下寿命为2820小时,由算出的△E,A进行热重分析曲线反算,以验证所得结果的正确性。
Dynamic studies of the thermogravimetry (TG) of the composite of graphite-silicon rubber are performed using the conversion time (0) method.. From one thermal analysis curve reaction mechanism, dymamic factors such as activation energy △E and frequency factor A can be deduced,and the relationship between life-span and temperature can be obtained via Doyle and Zsako's integral equation and Sharp and Wentworth's extended differential equation. It shows that temperature index(viz. the maximum temperature used with the life-span of 20000 hours) of the composite sample used is 229℃ and that the life-span at 250℃ is 2820 hours. The thermal analysis curves can also be recalculated from △E and A obtained in order to verify the results of the thermal analyses deduced.
