摘要
以CPE/VPB共混物为基材,以石油炼广废油渣为增塑剂和软化剂,以炼铝工业废渣红泥为填料,分别讨论了共混比例,废油渣的增塑软化作用,红泥的填充效果,以及该共混复合材料的力学性能、热氧及臭氧稳定性等。
The blowing microporous materials are made by blendtng of BR and LDPE. The results show that the complex property of the materials is very good when the ratio of rubber/plastics, cross linking agent, blowing agent and composite blowing aid are 20--25/80--75,0.7--1.0,3--4.5and 2.5--4, respectively. Filling CaCO_3 not only can decrease the cost of products, adjust their hardness, gravity and so on,but also can improve their properties of forming and slide prevention. When the amount of CaCO_3 is 10-20, the blowing microporous materials are light, soft, elastic and abrasion--proof. In a word, the blowing microporous materials can satisfy the needs of products.
