摘要
目的探讨复方杏香兔耳风胶囊联合克拉霉素治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床疗效。方法选取2016年8月—2017年8月在河北省第七人民医院就诊的130例患者。随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各65例。对照组口服克拉霉素片,1片/次,2次/d;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上口服杏香兔耳风胶囊,4粒/次,3次/d。所有患者均连续用药2周。观察两组的临床疗效,比较两组糜烂创面愈合时间、VAS评分、SF-36评分及血清学指标的变化情况。随访6个月,比较两组的复发率。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别是83.08%、95.38%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组患者糜烂创面愈合时间要明显短于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组VAS评分较治疗前显著降低,SF-36评分显著升高,同组治疗前后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组VAS评分低于对照组,SF-36评分高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)较治疗前均显著降低,而白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平显著升高,同组治疗前后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组TNF-α低于对照组,而IL-10、VEGF水平高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,对照组和治疗组的不良反应发生率分别是13.85%、3.08%,两组复发率分别是13.85%、3.08%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方杏香兔耳风胶囊联合克拉霉素治疗慢性宫颈炎具有较好的临床疗效,可加速宫颈糜烂的修复,降低复发率,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Compound Xingxiang Tuerfeng Capsules combined with clarithromycin in treatment of chronic cervicitis. Methods 130 Patients with chronic cervicitis in the Seventh People’s Hospital of Hebei Province from August 2016 to August 2017 were randomly divided into control(65 cases) and treatment(65 cases) groups. Patients in the control group were po administered with Clarithromycin Tablets, 1 tablet/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Xingxiang Tuerfeng Capsules on the basis of the control group, 4 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 2 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the changes of erosion wound healing time, VAS score, SF-36 score, and serological indexes in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control and treatment group were 83.08% and 95.38%, and there were differences between two groups(P < 0.05). After treatment, erosion wound healing time in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group, and there were differences between two groups(P < 0.05). After treatment, VAS score in the two groups was significantly decreased, but SF-36 score was significantly increased, and there were differences in the same group(P < 0.05). After treatment, VAS score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group, but SF-36 score was higher than that in the control group, and there were differences between two groups(P < 0.05). After treatment, TNF-α in the two groups was significantly decreased, but IL-10 and VEGF were significantly increased, and there were differences in the same group(P < 0.05). After treatment, TNF-α in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group, but IL-10 and VEGF were higher than those in the control group, and there were differences between two groups(P < 0.05).
