摘要
目的探讨优质护理对心脏瓣膜置换术术后患者焦虑及抑郁情绪的影响。方法选取于本院行心脏瓣膜置换术患者130例并随机分为两组,每组各65例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予优质护理。统计两组患者护理前后焦虑、抑郁情绪以及生活质量改善情况。结果两组患者经护理后焦虑、抑郁情绪均有所改善(P<0.05),观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);护理后两组患者生活质量有所提升(P<0.05),观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理应用于心脏瓣膜置换术患者术后护理中,可有效缓解患者不良情绪,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To explore the influence of quality nursing care on anxiety and depression mood of patients undergoing cardiac valve replacement.Methods 130 cases of patients with cardiac valve replacement treated in our hospital were selected,and then were divided into two groups randomly,65 cases in each group.The control group were given routine nursing care,and the observation group were given quality nursing care.The anxiety and depression mood,quality of life were cpmpared before and after nursing between the two groups.Results After nursing,the anxiety and depression mood both improved in the two groups(P<0.05),and those of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Quality of life both improved in the two groups(P<0.05),and that of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of quality nursing in postoperative care of patients with cardiac valve replacement can effectively relieve the anxiety and depression mood and also improve the quality of life of patients.
