摘要
目的比较正念冥想和体育锻炼对首次轻度抑郁发作患者的临床疗效。方法共有70例首次轻度抑郁发作患者入组。利用随机数字表法将患者分配到二组,正念冥想为研究组,体育锻炼为对照组。结果最终60人完成实验,正念冥想组(n=30),体育锻炼组(n=30)。正念冥想治疗后4周末,汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)评分显著高于体育锻炼,正念冥想治疗后4周末,汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA-14)评分显著低于对照组,两组评分差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。8周末两组HAMD-17、HAMA-14评分差异没有统计学意义。结论正念冥想和体育锻炼对首次轻度抑郁发作患者短期临床疗效有差异,长期临床疗效相同。
Objective Compare the clinical effects of mindfulness meditation and physical exercise for the first mild depressive episode. Methods A total of 70 patients with the first mild depressive episode were enrolled. Using random digital table method to assign patients to two groups,Mindfulness meditation for the study group,physical exercise was the control group. Results 60 people completed the experiment,mindfulness meditation group(n=30),physical exercise group(n=30). Four weekends end,the HAMD-17 score of mindfulness meditation was significantly higher than physical exercise,the HAMA-14 score of mindfulness meditation was significantly lower than physical exercise. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of HAMD-17 and HAMA-14 scores in the eight weekend. Conclusion Mindfulness meditation and physical exercise are different in short-term clinical outcomes for patients with the first mild depressive episode and long-term clinical efficacy is the same.
