临床检验分析总误差的应用与评价
摘要
Plebani等[1]在近期的一篇文章中提到应将'总误差(TE)'的范围扩大到整个分析过程,不光分析中阶段,还应包括分析前-前期、分析前期、分析后期和分析后-后期,考虑Lundberg'脑-脑'循环中所有的误差来源。Lundberg'脑-脑'循环介绍了患者样品检测过程中的9个步骤:申请、采集、识别、运输、分离或准备、分析、报告、解释和临床措施。
