摘要
目的客观评价院内自制制剂红花平疣颗粒联合火针治疗扁平疣的有效性及安全性。方法选取自2017年1月至2018年2月我院门诊就诊患者60例,随机分为治疗组及对照组,治疗组31例,接受红花平疣颗粒(20 g/次,每天2次,口服)联合火针(1次/周)治疗,疗程4周;对照组29例,接受异维A酸胶囊(10 mg/次,每天1次,口服)联合0.1%维A酸乳膏(每晚1次,外用)治疗,疗程4周,随访3个月。观察两组患者临床疗效、复发率,并进行安全性及不良反应评估。结果治疗组有效率为90.3%,对照组为69.0%,治疗组有效率优于对照组(P <0.05);治疗组复发率低、安全性高、不良反应少。结论红花平疣颗粒联合火针治疗扁平疣临床疗效显著,具有临床推广价值。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Honghuapingyou granule combined with fire needle for the treatment of flat wart. Methods 60 flat wart patients who visited our hospital from January 2017 to February 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. The 31 patients as treatment group were treated with Honghuapingyou granule(20 g,twice a day) orally combined with fire needle(once a week). The 29 patients as control group were treated with isotretinoin capsules(10 mg, once a day) orally combined with 0.1% tretinoin cream externally(once a night) for 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy, recurrence rate, safety and adverse reactions were evaluated. Results Markedly effective rate was 90.3% in treatment group and 69.0% in control group respectively, the difference was significant(P<0.05). The treatment group had lower recurrence rate, higher safety and fewer adverse reactions. Conclusion The efficacy of Honghuapingyou granule combined with fire needle in the treatment of flat verruca is remarkable.
