天气雷达低噪声放大器的仿真设计 被引量:3

摘要 低噪声放大器的性能是天气雷达的重要指标之一。为提高天气雷达的性能,以中心频率在2.73GHz的天气雷达为根据,采用三级级联的放大结构,设计出高增益、低噪声的放大器。通过Advanced Design System软件对放大器的稳定系数、噪声系数、增益和驻波比进行仿真设计。最终设计出增益大于37dB,噪声小于0.8dB,输入输出驻波比小于2的放大器。仿真结果表明,设计的低噪声放大器比现用天气雷达的低噪声放大器的性能更好。 The performance of low noise amplifier(LNA)is one of the important indexes of weather radar.In order to improve the performance of the weather radar,a three-stage cascade amplifier with high gain and low noise is designed in the paper,based on the 2.73 GHz weather radar.The stability coefficient,noise coefficient,gain and standing wave ratio of the amplifier are simulated by advanced design system(ADS).Finally,an amplifier with the gain of more than 37 dB,the noise less than 0.8 dB,and the input and output standing wave ratio less than 2 is designed.The simulation results show that the performance of the designed LNA is better than that of the existing counterparts.
