摘要
结合江苏省省级重点学科建设的实践 ,分析了学科建设在高校发展中的重要地位 ,对如何加强学科建设 ,保持学科的可持续发展 ,进行了分析和探讨。认为应通过提高科研水平来巩固和发展学科优势 ;不断寻求新的学科增长点 ;加强学科梯队建设 ;强化过程管理。
Zn the light of construction practice of key subjects in Jiangsu, the essay analyzes the important role of subject construction in the development of universities, as to how to reinforce subject construction and remain a sustained subject development, the essay also makes an analysis and probe. The essay suggests that the level of scientific research should be improved to strength and develop subject advantages, to seek new subject rise point to enhance subject echelon construction, to reinforce process management.
