摘要
提出一种采用近红外光谱测定天然纤维素浆粕反应性能的方法。采用国家标准方法(FZ/T50010.13-2011)测定天然纤维素浆粕样品的反应性能,采集了其漫反射近红外光谱。分别采用PCA和簇类独立软模式(SIMCA)方法,建立了浆粕样品反应性能是否合格的分类模型,其识别率达到100%。
A near-infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy method was proposed to rapidly determine the reactivity of natural cellulose pulp.The reactivity data of samples were determined by standard method FZ/T 50010.13-2011.PCA and SIMCA model were built using near infrared spectroscopy to discriminate the qualified products and unqualified ones.Its recognition rate is100%.
