摘要
目的 :探讨小梁切除术联合丝裂霉素C治疗难治性青光眼的效果。方法 :采用小梁切除术联合术中应用丝裂霉素C ,对 3 4例 (4 7眼 )难治性青光眼进行了手术治疗 ;术后进行了 1年的随访。结果 :术后前房均形成良好。术后 1年随访 ,Ⅰ型滤过泡 2 7眼 ,Ⅱ型 19眼 ,Ⅲ型 1眼。术后 1周、 1个月、 6个月、 1年的平均眼压值分别为 10 2 3± 6 41、 12 43± 7 62、 16 0 3± 6 19、 18 5 5± 5 95mmHg。视力增进 2 8眼 ,无变化 19眼。结论 :小梁切除术联合丝裂霉素C是治疗难治性青光眼的有效方法。
Objective:To investigate the effect of trabeculectomy with mitomycin C in refractory glaucoma. Methods:The trabeculectomy with mitomycin C and 1 year follow up were run in 34 cases (47 eyes) of refractory glaucoma. Results:The anterior chambers were well formed.TypeⅠ filtering cysts were found in 27 eyes,type Ⅱ in 19 eyes, type Ⅲ 1 eyes.The acuity was promoted in 28 eyes,unpromopted 19 eyes. Conclusions:The trabeculectomy with mitomycin C is effective in refractory glaucoma.
