自体移植脾组织血脾屏障重建的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的 观察自体移植脾组织再生过程中血脾屏障重建的变化规律 ,进一步认识自体移植脾组织再生的结构特征。方法 取Wistar大鼠 70只 ,体重为 10 0~ 12 0g ,雌雄各半 ,在无菌条件下行脾切除自体脾组织移植术。分别于术后 7、14、3 0、60、90、12 0、180d取移植脾组织制片 ,在光镜和透射电镜下观察移植脾组织的再生和血脾屏障的重建过程。结果 自体移植脾组织血脾屏障的重建 ,经历了无血脾屏障结构期、血脾屏障重建期和血脾屏障稳定期。结论 自体移植脾组织再生的同时重建了结构较完整的血脾屏障。 Objective To investigate the reconstruction of blood splenic barrier after splenic autotransplants. Methods Splenectomy and splenic autotransplantation were performed in 70 healthy Wistar rats. After operation splenic tissue were taken in 7, 14, 30, 60, 90, 120 and 180 d, and observed with light microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. Results Splenic autotransplants were found in the Phases without blood splenic barrier, of reconstructing blood splenic barrier and of blood splenic barrier stabilization were found in the course of reconstroction of blood splenic barrier. Conclusion Splenic autotransplants are capable of reconstructing blood splenic barrier.
